Sending a gift?

If you would like to have the items shipped to an address other than yours as a gift and therefore prefer us not to enclose an invoice with the items, please add a note in the “Special Instructions" field when viewing your basket.

We will then make sure to send the items without the invoice and instead send a copy to you by email.

Shipping costs

We are shipping worldwide. The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout page and will be based on the items in your cart. On the checkout page you will be able to select standard or tracked delivery. Selecting registered tracked delivery we will provide your package tracking number so you will be able to follow the shipment.

We are shipping from Ireland. You won’t have to pay import duties within the EU but overseas deliveries may incur import duties for which you will be liable.

Delivery times

Items that are in stock and ordered before 12pm will be shipped the next day and will arrive in 6/9 working days.  If the item is not in stock we will contact you immediately to let you know how long it will take for us to make it – we will do everything we can to make sure you receive it as quickly as possible.

Gift wrapping

All pieces arrive in our beautiful packaging. If you have any special requests just send us an email and we would be happy to oblige.

Customization

If you would like to, you can request customization like color, size, finish or material. Get in touch with us and we will try to do our best to make your dreams come true.

Returns

We don’t envisage you having to return your purchase but in the event that you don’t like it we will accept returns for 28 days from receipt of delivery.

Please return items in their original condition along with all packaging.  We will notify you of receipt of returns and provided everything is in order, we will refund your payment immediately.

Please note: we cannot refund shipping charges unless goods are faulty.   We recommend that you send items by registered post as we cannot accept responsibility for items until they have reached us.

UPDATE FROM POSTAL SERVICES: Deliveries are still experiencing delays due to Covid lockdowns and local restrictions in each country with limited flight availability. Most items posted in December are still in transit through airports and sea ports. They will arrive later in January/February. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience.@lovecurpic
