What material are Curpic jewellery made of?
We use different materials for different items. We create our jewelry from polymer clay, textile and in some cases using glass materials. Please see the detailed description of each item on it’s own product page. The findings are made of metal alloys in gold and silver colors.
If you would like to replace one of the parts to a different one please contact us and we will be happy to customize your item, however it will require custom price quote and prepayment.
Can I have my jewellery customized?
Yes absolutely! Please contact me to discuss your requirements. If it is in my capabilities, I would love to! Please note that for bespoke items, a quote will be provided and full payment will be required before I start work on your item.
How do I care for my Curpic jewellery?
We recommend storing your jewellery in original packing. Avoid wearing your jewellery in the shower, pool, gym or spraying it with scents or cosmetics so that they are kept away from liquids. Please check our care guide for further information.
How do I know my size?
How do I use my gift vouchers and coupon codes?
For both Coupon codes and gift vouchers, these need to be entered at the checkout page.
Can I shop without creating an account?
Yes, you are able to check out as a guest but you will miss future offers, guides and events as you will not be part of our loyal community.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please note that our jewellery are individually handcrafted in order to deliver the highest quality and precision possible. Therefore your order is made especially for you and will take 2-4 days to complete and processed once the payment is received. We use An Post Irish postal service and we ship on Mondays and Thursdays. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination. Generally items to Ireland are delivered next working day after shipping, with international items taking between 5 to 9 working days.
What are the shipping costs for items purchased through Curpic Jewellery website?
The shipping cost will be calculated at the Cart page. It is depending on your country of delivery and the selected shipping method.
Are there any taxes I’ll need to pay in addition to the shown prices?
You pay what you see. VAT is not applicable to our business in Ireland.
Can I ship my order to an international location?
Yes! We accept orders for delivery worldwide.
Will my purchase arrive gift-wrapped?
All of our items arrive in our own packaging. If you do however like your package to be gift wrapped please use the comments box on the checkout screen and ask for a gift wrapping.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?
During checkout you can include a message in the comments box. It will be printed on a card that will be added to the package.
How can I make returns or exchanges?
Merchandise purchased on Curpic Jewellery's website may be returned, in its original condition, for exchange or full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. In case of a mistake while purchasing for the wrong item please send us an email as quickly as possible so we can amend the order or cancel it before our craftsmen start to build your piece.
Due to sanitary reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings unless faulty. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized or engraved items.Please refer to our Exchanges & returns page for further information.
What do I do if the goods I ordered haven't arrived?
Once we have dispatched the goods, we will email you. If you haven’t received your order within specified time of delivery please contact us. We will be able to help only if you selected the registered post with tracking number. We advise send your order with registered post.
When would I be charged for my order?
All payments will be taken shortly after completion of order, please allow 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your bank account.

How can I register to the website?
Go to the top right corner of any page and hover your mouse over to the customer icon and choose Registration in the popup menu. However you don't need to register to order from our shop.
I see something on your social media page but you don't have it for sale, can I still buy it?
The social media is a place to share photos of past and present work. Sometimes I can remake it and other times it is a truly one of a kind piece. You are welcome to e-mail and ask though!
