Exchange and Returns
Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 working days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
You must obtain cancellation authorization by emailing Curpic before returning the Goods.

Returning your Purchases
Curpic are happy to receive returned goods.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the Goods to us and for the risk of any loss or damage to the goods while in transit.
You can return using any secure means, but we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Please email [email protected] if you intend to do this and we will send you the instructions for your return.
Receiving a Refund
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
No refund will be made until the Goods are returned to us and in any event no refund will be forthcoming if the Goods are not received by us within 14 working days of you notifying us of your intention to return.
Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
All items must be returned unused in their original condition and with all Curpic seals unbroken.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Proof of purchase
The original tag must not have been tampered with and must still be attached to the Goods returned and a return note and proof of purchase must be included with the returned Goods.
For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings unless they are defective or faulty.
Items that we customized and engraved cannot be refunded unless they are defective or faulty.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Curpic as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.
Some of our jewelery’s include metal alloy materials which, due to natural oxidation or contact with other materials that may cause a galvanized metal effect to become darker, can not be considered as a manufacturing fault. Use the jewelery you ordered clean, free from chemicals and other materials. Please refer to our Care Guide to keep your jewellery clean.
The textiles used may also wear out by their nature. They can not be considered as a warranty issue.
Curpic shall not be liable for, or provide replacement or refund, for any defective or injured product resulting from improper use, damages, damage to the product.
Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 14 working days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of Curpic.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
Many styles of jewelry may be fragile and delicate, and must be handled with care- which means that if you intentionally bend the parts, scratch the surface, or pull roughly on the components attached with jump rings, they will likely break. I will not replace items that have been damaged due to rough handling after they’re safely delivered to you.
All items are handmade, and therefore some small imperfections/inconsistencies may occur. Examples of these may include very small bubbles, slight variances of color from what appears on screen, or other small marks that in no way affect the functionality or overall aesthetic appeal of an item. Returns will not be accepted on the basis of small imperfections such as these.
Each order is packed in a jewelry box filled with cotton seal, which is then wrapped in a paper tape and shipped in a bubble mail package to ensure maximum protection as your jewelry travels to you!
We are not responsible if the post office loses or breaks the product during the transport, it is their responsibility after the package left our hands.
